A child has died after being involved in a two-car crash in Sydney’s north west.
The five-year-old was in the passenger seat of a Mazda when it and a Toyota Hilux collided in Kenthurst on Thursday.
He was rushed to hospital with serious injuries and died overnight, police confirmed on Saturday.
The 33-year-old female Mazda driver remains in hospital in a serious condition.
The 18-year-old Hilux driver was uninjured but he was taken to hospital for mandatory testing following the collision.
