Workers sacked for not getting COVID jab to argue anti-vax stance is a ‘disability’ in discrimination claim

A collection of WA workers including police and nurses — all stood down or sacked for refusing a COVID jab — will argue their anti-vax stance is a ‘disability’ for which they are being discriminated against.
