The Great Southern is full of selfless community members who are the lifeblood of their local football leagues.
In an ongoing series, the WA Football Commission and The Extra are recognising their efforts.
Here is the latest volunteer of the week.
Shannon Foulds is the co-president of the Southerners Sporting Club in Hopetoun.
With the season fast approaching and seeding happening at the same time, Ms Foulds still managed to run an entire club with three young children in tow.
From helping with merchandise to game-day preparations and canteen management, she oversees it all.
Her commitment to the club for many years has allowed kids in the Hopetoun area to enjoy three different sports and the fishing comp.
The time and effort Ms Foulds puts into all aspects of the club is remarkable.
Being a busy mother to three children, farm life and club duties, she manages to do it all.
She is an asset to the community and appreciated by all.
Given the choice of a $50 voucher to SportsPower or her local coffee shop, Ms Foulds chose her local coffee shop, the Shipwrecked Gourmet Bakery.
Thank you to Nathan Smith for nominating her and recognising the great work that she does.
