Two pedestrians injured after being struck by a car in Watermans Bay in Perth’s north

Two pedestrians are being treated by paramedics after they were injured when they were struck by a car in Watermans Bay this evening.

The incident happened on West Coast Drive near Elvire Street about 6.35pm when a car veered into the pedestrians before continuing on and crashing.

One pedestrian, aged in their 60s, is being treated for a leg injury while another is believed to have suffered a minor foot injury.

The driver of the car is out of the vehicle and also being treated by paramedics.

Police are still investigating the cause of the collisions and officers remain at the scene examining the car and surrounds.
