Two men have appeared in a Bunbury court over a terrifying road rage attack which police say was streamed live on Facebook.
The pair was charged after footage was posted online showing a Holden utility pursing a silver Toyota Corolla on Old Coast Road and Forrest Highway on September 30.
Samuel King, from Leschenault, was allegedly driving the utility seen in the video, which was posted on his Facebook account.
The 21-year-old was charged with being armed in a way that may cause fear, criminal damage, reckless driving and driving while using a mobile phone.
Cale Calligari, 20, from Australind, was charged with numerous offences, including being armed in a way that may cause fear, criminal damage and failing to wear a seatbelt.
It is alleged he was the passenger who is seen leaning out the window and swinging a baseball bat at the Corolla.
Both men appeared in Bunbury Magistrates Court today.
Mr Calligari admitted the charges but withdrew the guilty pleas to get legal advice when the judge warned him he could be sent him to jail. He was remanded to reappear on November 8.
Mr King appeared with a lawyer and did not enter pleas to the charges.
He is due to appear in court again on November 1.
The utility seen in the video was located at an address in Australind and confiscated by police days after the incident.
