Designed for families, the My Supreme by My Homes WA is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home that thrives on the practical nature of its floor plan.
In fact, it was this aspect of the display My Homes WA Managing Director Gino Vespoli picked out as one of its best elements. He said the floor plan had everything needed in a home.
“It has a place for everything and everyone,” Mr Vespoli said.
In this display, the master bedroom features at the very front of the home while the three minor bedrooms are towards the rear, surrounding the main bathroom.
In between these two areas, a large open-plan entertainment area takes centrestage and a separate theatre room provides versatility when it is needed.
My Supreme comes with the MyPlace Home Automation System by Advantage Air, which is a smart home control system that operates most 240-volt hard-wired appliances.
“There is also hybrid plank flooring which is 100 per cent waterproof and great for families,” Mr Vespoli said.
Mr Vespoli described the front elevation as stylish and sophisticated and said this feeling continued throughout the home, starting in the master bedroom. This room includes a complete wall of windows, allowing natural light to flood into the space.
The bedroom feeds into an open ensuite that links up with a large walk-in robe.
The minor bedrooms benefit from built-in robes and each of them is a comfortable size for guests or children of any age to enjoy.
Overlooking the open-plan living and dining area, the kitchen includes a wide island bench with an integrated breakfast bar to create a natural link between socialising and preparing sumptuous meals.
The preparation and storage space in this kitchen is second to none, with a large corner benchtop adding to what is already available with the island bench.
“The design of this kitchen is a standout feature and great for entertaining,” Mr Vespoli said. “It also features a separate scullery that can be closed off by a modern barn door.”
A designated study nook is located close to the kitchen and its positioning allows it to be a versatile space anyone can use. Mr Vespoli said it added to the functionality of the design as it could be used as a place to pay bills, create and store shopping lists or meal planners, keep track of children’s activities or a dedicated place for children to study.
On display in Aveley, My Supreme is open for viewing on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2-5pm and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 1-5pm.
