Stolen car crashes into Cooloongup house, man injured

A man suffered minor injuries after a stolen car crashed into his house in Cooloongup in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The crash occurred at about 2.50am when a Holden Statesman crashed into a property on Carnegie Loop.

Three people were in the house and a 64-year-old man suffered minor injuries.

Several people were in the car, all believed to be juveniles, and they fled the scene.

The police dog squad was deployed but they were unable to locate any of the car’s occupants.

The car was reported as stolen from an address in Cooloongup a short time earlier.
