This cleverly designed four-bedroom, three-bathroom Hillarys home has been built with multi-generational living in mind.

“It’s really common now that adult children are staying at home for longer, so it would really appeal to those with older children,” she said.

“A lot of people have their older parents coming to live with them as well, so it offers that opportunity for them to have their own section of living area at the front part of the house or their own bedroom at the back.”

“You can walk to Hillarys Shopping Centre, which is the local shops with your supermarket, medical centre and some restaurants and cafes,” Ms Gemmill said.

“Just across the road is Mawson Park, which is one of the most beautiful parks in Hillarys – it is literally footsteps away.

“Then you can keep walking down to the ocean and you’ve got Flinders dog park and the dog beach all within walking distance.”
