Richmond superstar Dustin Martin is under investigation after a video purporting to show him groping a topless woman emerged online.
The undated video was circulated on the eve of the Tiger’s do-or-die elimination final at the Gabba against Brisbane and just hours after the club confirmed the 31-year-old would return from injury for the clash.
The footage appears to have been shot in a club, but it is not known when or where it was taken.
Martin can be seen handing the woman a drink before she turns away.
He then appears to fondle the woman’s breast as she sits on another man’s lap before laughing and walking away.
An AFL Spokesperson told the Herald Sun: “We have become aware of a video posted on social media. We are seeking further information.”
Richmond coach Damien Hardwick has denied any knowledge of the video.
The footage is just the latest incident in the Brownlow medallist’s controversy-strewn career.
He was accused of threatening to stab a woman with a chopstick at a Japanese restaurant in 2015, while in 2014 he was fined for driving while suspended after running a red light.
He was also suspended for two weeks by Richmond for missing training after taking sleeping tablets in 2012.
