Property devaluation to offset Shire of Coolgardie rates rise

The Shire of Coolgardie will increase rates by 3 per cent in 2022-23 — although an average 9 per cent decrease in gross rental valuations across the Shire will see most ratepayers paying less than in 2021-22.
