Popular musical soundtrack set to echo through Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre in World of Musicals

A musical gala set to showcase some of the most popular songs will takeover Bunbury’s performing arts centre for an exquisite night bringing together the very best parts of musical theatre to life.

The World of Musicals Concert is set to grace the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre’s stage this weekend as part of a national tour across Australia and New Zealand.

An amalgamation of a world-class ensemble of international multi-talented performers who have exquisitely choreographed together some of the best classic hits, fused with emotive ballads, big-screen anthems and popular showtunes.

Audiences can expect the best renditions of The Lion King, Mamma Mia, We Will Rock You, The Phantom of the Opera, West Side Story, Cats, Wicked, The Rocky Horror Picture show, The Greatest Showman, Hairspray and Les Misérables, to name a few.

With stunning outfits and incredible lighting display setting the mood, the show will whisk you away into another world of glitz and glam before bringing you back to earth with the songs stuck in your head for days.

The World of Musicals is one for the whole family, no matter the age. With songs shaped to entice audiences from the youngest of minds to the wisest of hearts, be prepared to be enthralled and sing along to all the best songs in one bright and thrilling show.

The concert is directed under the talented and experienced hand of Ciaran John Olahan, singer and musician from County Wicklow.

Trained professionally under the tutelage of Philip O’Reilly at the Royal Irish Academy of Music, Olahan comes from a wide breadth of expertise sure to make the show a complete success.

His love of Irish music, opera, folk, musical theatre and more has been embodied in his work, and the World of Musicals is no exception.

The World of Musicals is set to take over Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre on April 5 before moving down the coast to preform at Albany’s Entertainment Centre.
