Police are offering $250,000 for information that solves an investigation into two shootings outside an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang clubhouse in Melbourne.
In footage of the first firearm incident, a dark-coloured SUV can be seen driving along Titan Drive, past the Carrum Downs clubhouse on September 27, about 7.45pm.
Police allege someone inside the vehicle fired a number of shots into the clubhouse in a targeted attack they believe could possibly be related to rising tensions between the Outlaws and rival Comanchero gangs.

When the car pauses outside the building in the CCTV footage, a person can be seen dropping to the ground behind a car while another runs to the side. Despite a number of people being outside at the time of the alleged shooting, no one was injured.
An undercover police car was in the area at the time and heard the shots being fired.
As they patrolled past the Outlaws headquarters to attempt to locate the offenders, an unknown person fired a number of shots at the unmarked police vehicle.
Police believe the shots were fired by someone associated with the Outlaws gang. The two detectives noted a large group of people were gathered outside the clubhouse at the time of the second shooting.
The two detectives inside the vehicle were not hurt.

The following day, police found a dark-coloured Audi SUV on fire at a laneway on Hallam Valley Rd in Dandenong South.
Officers believe it is the same vehicle used in the first drive-by shooting of the Outlaws clubhouse. It had been reported stolen earlier that month.
CCTV footage shows a silver VW Golf entered Hallam Valley Rd with the SUV shortly before the Audi was set alight. Police believe the arsonists were in the silver car.
Despite two years of investigation, police have not charged anyone with the shootings. With the announcement of a $250,000 reward, Detective Inspector Mark Hatt from the Armed Crime Squad hopes to persuade someone with information to come forward.

“The outcome of these events could have been a very different story and over the past two years we’ve pursued a number of avenues of inquiry in an effort to identify those responsible,” he said.
“Investigators are hoping that today’s reward announcement will entice someone who has crucial information to come forward, enabling us to solve these crimes.”
Mr Hatt said the “indiscriminate use of firearms” meant there had been a “significant risk of death or serious injury” to the community during both shootings.
He said the shots fired at the undercover police car “continues to resonate” with the targeted detectives after nearly three years.

Police continue to urge anyone with information about the shootings or the identities of those involved to come forward. The reward will be paid for information that leads to the conviction of those responsible for the incidents.
Police also noted the Director of Public Prosecutions will consider indemnifying informants against prosecution.
Mr Hatt will address the media on Thursday morning outside the Outlaws clubhouse in Carrum Downs to provide more information about the reward.
