Perth bikies: Senior Rebels outlaw Karl Labrook fined a second time for driving without a licence

Rebels bikie Karl Labrook has copped another fine for driving without a licence — this time for being on the road while on his way to report to police.

Perth Magistrates Court was told the underworld figure was pulled over by officers in Tuart Hill on February 22 which also happened to be the same day he was expected to be in court over allegations he was found with $250, 000 of illegally obtained cash in the back of his car a few days after Christmas.
