Mark Cooper has no injury problems as he leads Forest Green into their first home game of the Sky Bet League Two campaign with the visit of Oldham.
Rovers thrashed Grimsby 4-1 on the opening weekend of the season with striker Christian Doige scoring a brace. Cooper’s side welcome the Latics to the New Lawn with a clean bill of health as goalkeeper Robert Sanchez – on loan from Brighton – has recovered from a knock suffered in the Grimsby win.
Carl Winchester scored on his debut as the likes of Liam Shepherd and Joseph Mills also made their Forest Green bows, with fellow summer recruits such as Isaac Pearce pushing to come in.

Unlike their hosts, Oldham suffered defeat on the opening day, going down 2-1 at home to fellow relegated outfit MK Dons, and manager Frankie Bunn will hope to have a few of his injured players back in contention.
Captain Peter Clarke missed the Dons defeat, as did Andy Taylor, while Jose Baxter will also want to be in contention after being forced to sit out last weekend.
Bunn will not be able to call on the experience of Anthony Gerrard, who was sacked by the club earlier in the week after an act of “gross misconduct”. Losing Gerrard, as well as starting life in League Two with a defeat, means Bunn will be keen for a morale-boosting win in Gloucestershire.
This will be the first ever meeting between Forest Green Rovers and Oldham Athletic in any competition.
None of Forest Green’s last 13 home league games have ended in a draw (W7 D6).
Away from home, Oldham have drawn five of their last six league games (L1), including each of the last four in a row.
Forest Green’s Christian Doidge has scored six goals in his last six league games.
This will be Forest Green manager Mark Cooper’s fifth meeting with Oldham; he is winless in his previous four matches against the Latics (D1 L3), all for former club Swindon Town.
