Doncaster will be without midfielder Ali Crawford for their League One clash with Wycombe at the Keepmoat Stadium.
The summer signing from Hamilton suffered medial knee ligament damage on his debut against Southend last weekend. It was initially feared Crawford, who missed a big chunk of last season with knee problems, would be out for four months. Boss Grant McCann is optimistic it will not be that long but the 27-year-old will still be sidelined for a significant period.
Crawford’s misfortune should see either Matty Blair or on-loan Liverpool teenager Herbie Kane given a spot in the starting line-up.
