Bury will have Stephen Dawson available for the visit of Exeter.

Dawson was sent off at Mansfield in the Checkatrade Trophy on Tuesday night, but suspensions only apply to that competition.

Striker Jermaine Beckford has been ruled out of the remainder of the season following knee surgery. Shakers boss Ryan Lowe has no other injury concerns ahead of the game.

Defender Luke Croll is set to miss out for Exeter because of an injury picked up on the back of a defeat against Macclesfield last time out as the Grecians face a side two points and two places above them in the table. Manager Matt Taylor has reported some illness in the Exeter squad, but he does not expect it to significantly affect resources.

Midfielder Hiram Boateng, meanwhile, is back in training and could make his return for the busy Christmas period. The former Crystal Palace player has been sidelined by a hip injury suffered more than six weeks ago, but he is progressing well.
