A man will face court after allegedly stealing a taxi in Midland on Sunday night.
Police will allege two passengers got in to a taxi parked on Ferguson Street at 8.45am and began arguing with the driver.
When the driver got out of the taxi, one of the passengers allegedly got behind the wheel and drove off.
Police stopped the taxi on on Corfield Street in Camillo at 9.20pm and a 36-year-old Perth man was arrested.
He has been charged with stealing a motor vehicle and driving without a licence will face Midland Magistrate’s Court on October 9.
