Live together in harmony | The West Australian

Taking inspiration from luxurious hotel living is Webb & Brown-Neaves’ Huxley display.

Featuring the opulence synonymous with the world’s best resorts, The Huxley delivers a taste of paradise.

The display features four bedrooms and two bathrooms across its two levels, which Webb & Brown-Neaves Sales Manager Stewart Hicks said made the floor plan flexible for all stages of life.

“There is space for the kids to stay at home longer or to provide short or long-term accommodation for extended family,” he said.

“The Huxley also caters for new families that require plenty of room for future accommodation.”

The home is well zoned, with downstairs kitted out for daily living and entertaining, while upstairs holds the sleeping quarters.

“The Huxley’s numerous living zones allow for easy entertaining and separation for the whole family to live together,” Mr Hicks said.

The ground floor boasts a sumptuous theatre room upon entry, a separate study and an oversized open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, perfect for gatherings, with its sweeping design.

“The home offers fantastic value for money and everyone loves the size,” Mr Hicks said.

“Specifically, the enormous family, living, dining and kitchen space flowing into the covered outdoor living area.

“The Huxley’s kitchen is built for a chef, with a 40mm Caesarstone benchtop to the hotplate bench and 86mm waterfall-end benchtop to the island bench, The Maker Designer Kitchens custom-built cabinetry, Bosch appliances and a spacious well-positioned scullery to hide any mess.”

Heading upstairs reveals the four bedrooms, with the master suite positioned on the opposite side of the stairwell to the minor bedrooms for a peaceful retreat.

“The master bedroom is a real hit, with its hotel-like bathroom including a luxurious freestanding bath,” Mr Hicks said.

“Accompanied from afar by three well-proportioned minor bedrooms built around a shared bathroom and social sitting area, The Huxley is pure poetry when it comes to flexibility and home harmony.”

The home is completed by a stylish elevation that sets the bar for the luxury revealed inside.

“The front elevation of the home features a decorative tiled feature and Colorbond steel roofing, giving The Huxley great street appeal,” Mr Hicks said.

“The two-toned render colours give The Huxley depth and create a timeless facade.”

The display home is located at Piara Waters and is open for viewing Mondays and Wednesdays from 2-5pm, Saturdays from 1-5pm and Sundays from 12-5pm.
