Barbora Krejcikova and Sorana Cirstea have both come from a set behind to secure semi-final wins at the Internationaux de Strasbourg.
Cirstea, ranked 61st in the world, beat eighth seed Magda Linette 3-6 6-4 6-2 as she looks to claim her third career WTA singles title.
Krejcikova brought an end to German qualifier Jule Niemeier’s bid to reach the final, with the number five seed winning 5-7 6-3 6-4.
Krejcikova has yet to win a WTA singles title, but this is her second final of the season.
“I always wanted to go and play the highest tournaments, to win the tournaments and everything, but I still have one more step to go,” Krejcikova said.
“Tomorrow it’s going to be really tough, because Sorana is in the finals and she’s playing great tennis, so let’s see.
“She’s a big fighter, same as me, so I think it’s going to be a good match and the better one will win.”
