Jeff Walton: Perth man behind bars in Bali charged with drug smuggling a ‘heavy addict’

A Perth man behind bars in Bali accused of smuggling heroin and methamphetamine into Indonesia is a “heavy drug addict” who is now struggling through withdrawals in his jail cell, his lawyer says.
