Incentives make move to village life smoother

For a limited time Masonic Care WA is offering a choice of incentives to the value of $10,000 on selected villages to make a move into one of its villas easier.

“We recognise moving house at any time can be very stressful,” Masonic Care CEO Marie-Louise MacDonald said.

“Masonic Care has two very experienced customer relations managers who can assist with all your queries to help explain the costs involved in moving to a village and explain the many benefits that living in a community can offer.

“In order to assist with your move we are offering incentive packages that can be tailored to your individual needs.

“Across our selected villages, incoming residents can select from a pre-paid debit card, a cash-back amount off the villa to be paid at settlement or monthly fees paid for a period of time.

“We recognise everyone’s needs are different, so we have allowed our clients to mix and match from all three of these options, or just one if they prefer.”

With retirement villages in all different shapes and sizes dotted throughout the metropolitan area, Masonic Care has a range of homes to suit your lifestyle and budget.

“Community has become even more important through the COVID-19 pandemic,” Ms MacDonald said. “Retirement villages provide a unique lifestyle, with the companionship of like-minded people contributing to the wellbeing of residents.”

Ms MacDonald said the extra security and support found within independent living villages made ageing in place more secure.

All Masonic Care villas come with an emergency call system, while villages provide a caring and supportive community of residents that look out for each other.

Masonic Care’s villas have all undergone a level of refurbishment, with many having new kitchens, bathrooms.

For those considering a move, the company’s villages have a variety of morning tea events upcoming which will allow visitors to view available homes and chat to the residents.

Forest Lakes Village will be open Friday November 13, Lawley Park Village on Wednesday November 18 and Leschenault Village on Wednesday November 25, all from 10am-1pm.
