Fremantle All-Australian Luke Ryan says that injured talls Matt Taberner and Griffin Logue are likely to return from injuries this Sunday against the Western Bulldogs.
Logue (calf) didn’t travel to South Australia for the weekend’s loss to Port Adelaide while Taberner (ankle) was subbed out in round 10 against Sydney and failed to train last week.
Ryan excited by the prospect of added height on both ends of the field.
“I think Tabs and Griff will be available,” Ryan told 6PR.
“They’ll train today and hopefully get through and then see tomorrow if they pull up well and I’m pretty sure they’ll be fine to play.
“Always handy getting our two tall timbers back!”
Ryan understands the second-placed Bulldogs (9-2) will be a tough task at Optus Stadium on Sunday but believes the Dockers duo returning will help their chances.
“Massive challenge, it doesn’t get any easier does it,” Ryan said.
“They’re obviously the red hot form team and they had a disappointing loss to Melbourne and I’m sure they’ll come out firing.
