Sean Darcy 9: Dominated the ruck with 56 hit-outs, helped the Dockers engine room get on top and got forward for a goal.
Caleb Serong 8: Flew the flag for Freo when the Eagles came out hot in the opening term, then was cleaner and calmer in traffic than most others out there.
Will Brodie 8: Continues to have a super season. Had 28 disposals, with 15 in contests, and seven clearances.
Blake Acres 8: His running power on a wing has become an valuable asset. Was great before half time and a steadying influence in the last term.
James Aish 8: His second and third terms were critical to Fremantle getting on top in the game. Keeps his composure in traffic.
Michael Walters 7.5: Two goals from 19 disposals in wet conditions makes this one of his best games for the season. Finished strongly.
David Mundy 7.5: Did what he always does. Kept his feet, handled cleanly and handled pressure better than most with 25 disposals and eight clearances.
Jordan Clark 7: Showed more dash than most Fremantle defenders and was strong in defence when he needed to be. Had 20 disposals and carried the ball.
Hayden Young 6.5: Not a dominant game but was steady and always looks safe when he has the ball.
Andrew Brayshaw 6.5: Got tagged by Jackson Nelson. Broke free as the game went on to finish with 22 disposals and a goal.
Brandon Walker 6.5: Had a couple of staggers when he took on tacklers unnecessarily but like Clark he added run when territory gained was important.
Griffin Logue 6: Still lacks confidence around goal but his ability to compete and follow upon the ground was valuable both in attack and the ruck.
Heath Chapman 6: Got caught dozing with the ball by Xavier O’Neill in the opening term. After that was his composed self.
Luke Ryan 6: Still very good defensively and still could play with a bit more dare with the ball in his hands. Solid game.
Nathan O’Driscoll 5.5: Steady game on his wing. His run and want to take the game on could be valuable come September.
Alex Pearce 5.5: Kept the Eagles tall forwards quiet for much of the game. Doesn’t always look sure on his feet in the wet.
Sam Switkowski 5: Had some rusty moments early, then brought some dash to the game after half time. Got through unscathed.
Lachie Schultz 5: Brings a lot of vigour and effort and kicked a valuable goal. He and other small forwards struggled to make a big impact against a good defence.
Michael Frederick 5: Looked dangerous early and kicked two goals. Got caught spectating a bit as the Eagles defenders got on top.
Brennan Cox 4.5: The damp conditions appeared to shake his belief in his intercept marking and he found himself under heat a few times.
Darcy Tucker 4: High half forward was a tough role in the wet. Had a chance to kick a second quarter goal but opted for an unnecessary banana.
Rory Lobb 3: Found the in-form Tom Barrass hard to handle and then a shoulder knock in the third term made life more difficult before he was subbed out.
Bailey Banfield 2: Came on late as the medi-sub for a couple of touches and a last quarter shot on goal.
