Former Essendon Bombers rookie Yestin Eades wanted by police

A former Essendon rookie is wanted by regional detectives who believe he can help with their investigation into “a number of incidents”.

WA Police issued a statement Wednesday afternoon saying Regional Investigations Unit detectives are currently looking for Yestin Allon Eades.

They said “detectives believe (he) can assist with their investigations into a number of incidents across several districts”.

Mr Eades is about 180cms tall with a slim build, brown skin and short brown hair. He may be clean shaven or have a moustache and beard.

Members of the public have been told to contact police if they spot him. He should not be approached.

Mr Eades was initially drafted by the Bombers with pick 64 in 2015.

He was delisted after two seasons at the club before be re-seleced as a rookie, although he never played an AFL game.

Mr Eades and the club mutually agreed to end his playing contract in 2017 so he could return home to WA to deal with a legal incident.
