A former Catholic priest accused of sexually and physically assaulting girls and boys for a period of at least 25 years now faces a total of 16 charges dating back the the late 1960s.
On Tuesday, police charged Patrick Holmes, 83, for unlawfully and indecently assaulting a male.
Police allege Holmes indecently assaulted a seven-year-old boy in 1967 while he was a Catholic priest in Carlisle.
The Subiaco resident was charged with nine offences in April after he allegedly abused seven children between 1979 and 1992 while he was a priest in Shenton Park.
Authorities believe the children were aged between six and 12 at the time of those offences.
Police laid three further charges against Holmes in July for assaulting a seven-year-old girl in 1970.
Three counts of indecent assault followed in August for an alleged incidents between 1969 and 1972 involving a girl aged six at the time of the first offence.
