Fate of Brittany Higgins’ rape trial to be heard next week after Bruce Lehrmann applies to halt proceedings

The man accused of raping former Liberal staffer Brittany Higgins inside Parliament House will learn the fate of his trial next week after a bid to have the case permanently halted.
