David Honey: Alleged abduction of a young girl by a man supposed to be under supervision ‘disturbing’

Opposition Leader David Honey has urged the McGowan Government to probe whether a man who allegedly abducted and sexually abused a nine-year-old girl in Doubleview was appropriately supervised.
