There were thrills, spills and plenty of laughter as crowds were covered in colours at North Kalgoorlie Primary School.

The school hosted their annual Colour Fun Run yesterday from 10am to noon.

Members of the community and school students had to tackle various obstacle courses as they made their way around the school oval — all while being sprayed with coloured powders. NKPS Parents and Citizens Association president Michelle Campbell said the school had about 1000 people join in.

“The day ran smoothly and the kids were covered in colour from top to toe,” she said.

“It was great to see the comm-unity and the school community supporting our event as well as the businesses who contributed and helped on the day.”
