Colorado State uses late run to beat Arkansas-Fort Smith at home – The Denver Post

FORT COLLINS — Deion James scored 22 points, Prentiss Nixon added 17 and Colorado State rolled to an 87-73 victory over Division II Arkansas-Fort Smith on Tuesday night.

James was 8 of 12 from the floor and grabbed nine rebounds. Nixon was 6-of-14 shooting and made three 3-pointers. J.D. Paige had 14 points and Anthony Bonner chipped in 12 for Colorado State (6-6), which shot 33 of 74 (44.6 percent) from the floor, but missed 18 3-pointers and seven free throws.
