Completed in July this year and opening its doors in August, M/Group’s M/26 Apartments by Match development aims to increase housing diversity in the sought-after suburb of Como.
Described by M/Group Managing Director Lloyd Clark as filling a gap in the Como property market, the 40-apartment boutique development featuring one and two-bedroom apartments with large balconies has been designed to cater to residents of the suburb who are looking to downsize whilst remaining in the area they know.

Located along tree-lined Mary Street, M/26 is a short walk to Como’s popular cafe strip, famous art deco Grand Cygnet Cinema and the Swan River, and boasts easy access to the freeway and CBD.
A majority of the apartments offer views of the river and Perth city, while the visual appeal of the development itself has been carefully considered, featuring a sculpture artwork by Ayad Alqaragholli at its entrance.
