Car-train crash at Kalamath and Speer causes light rail delays – The Denver Post

Light rail trains are experiencing 15- to 30-minute delays in both directions on Wednesday morning after a car and vehicle collision that interfered with service at Kalamath Street, Denver Regional Transportation District said in a tweet.

All D, F and H Line trains are being rerouted to Union Station. Light rail trains D, F and H are experiencing 15- to 20-minute delays due to increased traffic at Union Station.

The crash at Kalamath and Speer Boulevard involved a light rail train and a vehicle, said Sonny Jackson, Denver Police spokesman.

There were no injuries, and the crash was cleared by 10:20.
