He could have been excused for having other things on his mind just seconds out from the start of Fremantle’s clash with Port Adelaide.
But Dockers skipper Nat Fyfe still found time for a classy and heartfelt gesture to embrace young Milli Lucas in the middle of Optus Stadium this afternoon.
Milli has made headlines for her bravery in the face of cancer, with neurosurgeon Charlie Teo recently performing a risky operation on the 12-year-old.
And Fyfe today gave her an extra boost with a cuddle after she tossed the coin to help set the Dockers – Power clash in motion.

Fyfe has had a relationship with the youngster since 2016, after she had been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.
The star Docker even sent a video message of support to Milli before her latest surgery.
