BMW launches a new all-black Sport Collection with extra kit for 1, 2 and Three-Series models

BMW Australia has launched a new all-black Sport Collection for the 1, 2 and 3 Series models, which come with more standard equipment, the Sport Line specification and feature sport seats.

The company describes it as a “highly compelling new proposition for local customers”, with an “optimised equipment offering” for the 118i, 218i Gran Coupe, 320i and 330e plug-in hybrid at a “revised price point”.

So long as it’s black.

The company describes it as a ‘highly compelling new proposition for local customers’.

All get BMW’s Live Cockpit Professional, Connected Package Professional, Intelligent Personal Assistant and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Driving Assistant and Parking Assistant are also thrown in with the 1.5-litre three cylinder turbo-petrol 118i Sport ($48,900 drive-away) and the 2.0-litre four cylinder turbo-petrol 218i Sport ($53,900) including 17-inch alloy wheels, whereas the rest have 18-inch alloys.

The only rear-wheel-drive models in the range for purists are the 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol 320i Sport ($69,900 drive-away) and the 330e PHEV ($77,900 plus on-road and dealer delivery costs), which also comes with a head-up display.
