Big price cuts make this a prime time to buy

Giving potential buyers the chance to own their own home by offering some of the most affordable blocks of land in Perth’s southern corridor, buyers can now secure a reduced block at 545 Baldivis.

Located just 45km from the Perth CBD, all blocks at the small boutique land estate community have been reduced, some by up to $21,300.

Buyers can secure a 302sqm block for $148,000, a 375sqm block for $158,000 or a large 552sqm block for $196,000.

According to the Domain House Price Report December 2018, Perth house rents recorded the strongest growth in the nation during the December quarter, increasing 1.2 per cent during the quarter and 5.5 per cent over the past year.

Making the move

Ms Burrows said the price of the block was outstanding.

It has been four weeks since the couple moved into their new home, and they have not looked back.
