BBL11: Coach Adam Voges confident hamstring injury won’t stop Mitch Marsh from playing in final

Perth Scorchers coach Adam Voges is confident star Mitch Marsh will be available for Friday night’s BBL final despite the allrounder carrying a hamstring injury.

Marsh did not field in the Scorchers’ 48-run win over the Sydney Sixers in Saturday’s The Qualifier after sustaining the injury while batting in their first innings.

The 30-year-old is set for scans on Monday which would determine his availability for Friday night’s bumper clash against the winner of Wednesday’s The Challenger between the Sydney Sixers and Adelaide Strikers.
