Premium apartment developer Edge Visionary Living’s $197 million Eden Floreat project is now complete, with five luxury residences for sale.
Designed by Hillam Architects, the development comprises the new Eden East complex featuring 62 homes built by PACT Construction and the Eden West development of 100 residences completed by BGC Construction in March.
Edge Visionary Living Director Gavin Hawkins said Eden Floreat’s picturesque Perry Lakes Reserve frontage, resort-style amenities and stunning design had resonated with western suburbs’ downsizers wanting larger-than-standard apartments.
Following Eden West’s completion and its subsequent win of the UDIA WA 2021 Russel Perry Award for Urban Development Excellence, expectations were understandably high for Eden East.
“We are pleased with the quality of build PACT Construction has achieved with Eden East,” Mr Hawkins said.
“Having worked with PACT on a number of projects, the relationship is stronger than ever.
“This has resulted in a seamless finish that has really propelled the greater Eden Floreat vision to life.”
PACT Construction General Manager Jason Thomson said the company was proud to have delivered a high-quality project safely and within program despite a volatile industry environment.
“We pride ourselves on our relationship-first approach to doing business and felt we had good alignment, synergy and collaboration between our teams,” he said.
“We look forward to working with Edge Visionary Living and Hillam Architects again on future projects.”
Mr Hawkins said building communities was fundamental to Edge Visionary Living’s projects and it was wonderful to see Eden West residents nurturing their community.
“While we are currently escorting Eden East residents through their newly completed apartments, Eden West residents are happily settled into their new homes and eagerly anticipating the arrival of their new neighbours,” he said.
“They are really making use of the combined resort-style amenities, connecting regularly through social events they are organising in the myriad lounge and dining areas specifically designed for this purpose.
“Edge is incredibly proud of the impact Eden Floreat has had in the local area and the industry recognition it has received for its commitment to provide the community with quality designed and built luxury apartments.”
In a further boon to the Perry Lakes community, a Cup & Co cafe on the bottom floor of Eden Floreat recently opened.
Only three two-storey townhouses and two penthouses remain for sale at Eden Floreat, with prices starting from $1.625 million.
